So, I just realized that I haven't napped since we started eating raw/organic foods.......
Just a thought. I hadn't really noticed until today. I absolutely feel great when I eat raw, but I just hadn't thought about how much LESS I have been sleeping since the raw diet kicked in. Also, I have noticed that when we went off the raw food diet, I was much more weighed down, tired, uncomfortable, etc. After eating, I felt immediately exhausted as my body had to start using all my energy for digestion!
So, yes, raw food is awesome if you're constantly battling exhaustion/fatigue, etc.
And one more thing-I have lost 7lbs (and counting). YAY!
